Network Error Pop-up
I received a pop-up on 2/03/15 that was a "Network Error" pop-up. The message was, "Windows has detected an IP address conflict. Another computer on this network has the same IP address as this computer. Contact your network administrator for help resolving this issue. More details are available in the windows system event log." I found this to be odd, since nothing has changed in this house. My internet provider told me to contact the manufacturer but I didn't because I felt that that was a waste of time. Tried locating windows system event log, but no luck. I am concerned that there is someone out there on my network who is disguising themselves with my IP address. If this is the case, can they access any of my personal stuff this way?
