For some reason, I cannot boot from my SanDisk USB flash drive. By the way, I have a Windows XP computer. But whenever I take out the flash drive, it boots just fine. But when I turn on my computer w/ the flash drive, it says "Cannot find grldr" I don't know what to do.

On pc start-up,enter the BIOS,locate "boot priority" usually at exit menu, select flash

    drive,put C: 2nd priority,save & exit BIOS..Also,some/most pcs have a boot selection menu,

with dell, its F12 key,its quick to show, most users miss it.

Also, read the owners manual for its option
