Hi,

I am having trouble when I try to do a backup with Windows Backup.

The below error is triggering. Can anyone help with this please?

A VSS writer has rejected an event with error 0x800423f3, The writer experienced a transient error.  If the backup process is retried,

the error may not reoccur.

. Changes that the writer made to the writer components while handling the event will not be available to the requester. Check the event log for related events from the application hosting the VSS writer.

Operation:

PrepareForBackup event

Context:

Execution Context: Writer

Writer Class Id: {41e12264-35d8-479b-8e5c-9b23d1dad37e}

Writer Name: Cluster Database

Writer Instance ID: {d5afe630-ba90-4d56-bb1e-0e0006991fd8}

Command Line: C:\Windows\Cluster\clussvc.exe -s

Thanks,

Jos
