This is pathetic. MS mouse with MS Windows and it absolutely will not work. I can't find any drivers to download either - not with manual search, or using the automatic Windows driver search.
Wireless Mobile 1850 Mouse Problem
I recently bought a Microsoft Wireless Mobile 1850 mouse and it is not connecting to my Lenovo Ideapad U410, windows 7 64bit.
Whatever USB port i try with the Nano Receiver, it wont install the driver.
In the device manager under Other Devices there is the Microsoft Nano Transceiver 1.1 with the following Device Status:
The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)
This operation requires an interactive window station.
To find a driver for this device, click Update Driver.
Clicking Update Driver also doesn't help.
I tried it on an other laptop, also with windows 7, and here the drivers installed and the mouse worked.
Ive read some other posts about the USB.inf and USB.pnf wiles in c:\windows\inf but they're still there.
Any help?
