How many computers are being shared with the Printer?
I suggest you to follow the steps on the primary computer where the Printer is being shared on the network.
- Go to Control Panel.
- Select Hardware devices and Printers.
- Right click on the Printer device and select Printer Properties.
- Under the Sharing tab, ensure that the 'Share this printer' option is selected.
- Apply changes and check if the issue persists.
