Hi,

I have a serious problem with Windows 8.1, every time when systems boots after 3-4 minutes it shows blue screen with different error messages and reboots automatically.

I tried different several approaches without any success:

  • uninstalled BitDefender Antivirus;
  • tried to restore for previous restore points, didn't work, it can't restore to previous restore points;
  • I checked for Memory diagnostic test, it didn't show any problem and error in memory;
  • I even tried to not log in, and waited for 3-4 minutes, anyway, it shows blue screen and reboots automatically;

I uploaded minidump here: http://files.neolabs.kz/fl/?id=23124

Recently, I installed touchpad driver (ELAN) and Intel Rapid storage driver.

Also, I installed Android Studio and Genymotion emulator

Hi,

I think I resolved the problem.

I removed 2nd RAM from computer, now it works properly.

Interesting, the Memory Diagnostic software didn't show any problem when I tested initially.
