Bug with the input language settings.

I have a legal German version of the Windows 8.1, however for my work I use the English and Russian languages and keyboards, switching between them with the standard hot keys.

Every time I restart the computer the German language automatically appears  in the language selector in the task panel, so that I have to switch between three languages. However it does not appear in the language settings list. To remove it from the selector I have to add the German language in the setting menu and to remove it from there. After that it disappears from the task panel. Screenshots are available.

I did not experience this problem with any previous Windows versions.

It is really annoying. Any suggestions how to kill this bug?

    Hi Anil,

I followed your instructions, but it did not help. I set the default input method on English (see the first screenshot), re-stared the computer and again got the situations as show on the second screenshot. The German keyboard again appeared in the notification panel.

    Please let me know.

    Kind regards

    Andrei
