How do fix error code 0x80030050

error code 0x80030050 shows up in whenever I start. I believe this came from an e-mail attachment that I cannot open. Thanks for any help

    Hi,

    We need more information about the issue to assist you better. Please answer the following questions:

    1. What is the make and model of the computer?
    2. Did you make any changes to the computer prior to the issue?
    3. When you say, "this came from an e-mail attachment ", what exactly are you referring to?
    4. Do you face any other issues apart from this while using the computer?

    This error can occur if there is excessive startup entries. I suggest you to check the issue in Clean Boot as it helps to start the computer with minimal set of drivers and startup programs. You may refer the refer the steps mentioned in the link below to do that.
