Hello Everybody,
I have a problem that says Server initialization failed Error: 0XE001003E before log in screen and it's effecting my laptop performance and makeing my Antivirus program unstartable!!
And here in the action center when I press turn on the antivirus program
It stays like this and the WD SES Device problem when I press View message details it says:
And I'm conected to a working internet, Im sure 100%
I tried to SFC scan my computer and I tried to clean boot and none of them worked :-(
My laptop Specs: Lenovo ideapad Z460 - nvidia geforce with cuba 310M - Intel core i3 inside - Windows 7 64bit

I had the same error and a Service Representative from the AVG team fixed it. 0xe001003e key is missing on the registry. Check service AVGIDAgent it may have stopped. Remove the whole AVG product but make sure you clean the registry too, I'm sure you can use CCCleaner for that and then reinstall AVG software.
