How Do I Fix Installation/InstallShield Errors 1935 and 1603 When Installing Age of Empires 3?

I am using a Windows 7 laptop and I want to install the game Age of Empires 3. When I start the setup or installation process everything is fine until the very end where it stops right before it finishes and an error pops up. It says,"Error 1935. An error occurred during the installation of assembly 'Microsoft.MSXML2,publickKeyToken="6bd6b9abf345378f",version="4.1.0.0",type="win32",processorArchitecture="x86''. Please refer to Help and Support for more information. Now, the only option is to click the 'OK' button. When I proceed and click OK it starts the rollback action and the game doesn't install. But then right as the rollback action starts, another error pops up on the screen. It says, Error:- 1603 Fatal error during installation. (And under that it says 'Consult Windows Installer Help (Msi.chm) or MSDN for more information. Can someone please help me fix these problems so the installation will work. I've tried many methods and strategies I've research online and nothing has help. PLEASE HELP ME FIX! Thanks!
