In order to understand the issue more clearly, I would request you to provide me with the following information.
- Did you make any hardware or software change on the computer?
- When exactly do you get this error message?
As per the description, you are not able to view the network profiles in the system.
Let’s follow the steps below to show all available network connections on your computer.
- Press “Windows + R” keys on the keyboard to open run command and type CMD and select Run as administrator.
- Once you have opened the elevated command prompt in the system, please type the following command Netsh wlan show profiles (This command will show all network connections available)
- Select the desired connection and put that on top of priority list.
- Network connection should show up in the connection list.
