Azure Cross Region Availability

Question

I have an application server that I want to retain hostname and Ipaddress when failover occurs from one region to another. How do i do this?

In Azure you can do VM's from one-region to another-region using Azure Disaster Recovery.

And you can do Azure virtual machines from one Availability Zone to another, within the same Azure region.
