Runtime Error, the source is corrupted

While trying to install a program, I get this error message: Runtime Error (at 139:520) The source file is corrupted.

Then it gives me the options to Abort, Retry, or Ignore the program I am wanting to install. Of course I Abort because when I click retry it just repeats the abort, retry, ignore option. When I click Ignore, it installs a little further but then asks me the same abort, retry, ignore question. I've deleted all the files corresponding with the program I want to install and tried to install again but still the same error message. Help me please!

You need to get back to the supplier of the program.
