Getting blue screen and getting an error code 1e.

    sir this appeared recently with another code error..... i used ccleaner to clean my pc...would it affect it?

    sir i started experiencing the problem when i recently played 

    Yu-Gi-Oh! Power of Chaos...but the game was a plug in play type so i dont  

    need to install it..another problem was was monitor have a red line at the bottom of the screen almost half a centimeter in size....im not sure if it cause by software because once you print screen it and pasted it in paint.....its normal  my suspicion would be its hardware but im not sure  what it is...thanks...
