I am unable to obtain any apps from the Windows store. When I attempt to add a new app, I get a message that says "Your purchase couldn't be completed." along with the error code 0x8086000c .
I have tried all of the steps in a recent post by John Nowak (1/14/15) and none of those steps solved my problem. His error code was different (0x80072ee2), but the symptoms seemed similar.
When I click on My Account in the Windows Store, at top left of screen it says "Sign Into Windows Store". - When I click on the "Sign In" button, the green circle in middle of the screen goes around for about 1 second and then returns to the original screen
(Sign Into Windows Store).
I am using Windows 8.1 and am signed in as Administrator. (I'm the only one that uses this computer.)
It seems accessing the Windows Store should not be this difficult. I would appreciate any help in resolving this problem.
