Original title: Printer

I have an HP F4100 series printer and when I connected it to my computer via USB port. I am trying to print but it says that the driver is unavailable.

Hi,

Uninstall (if installed) then reinstall your Printer using the correct Drivers and setup information at this HP website, if Windows 8/8.1 Drivers are available.

And there aretroubleshooting steps for it there too.
