No more support or help from Microsoft? Can I get my money back?
Purchase from Microsoft Store
I recently purchased "Simcity Latest" from the apps store which installed a shortcut app icon on my UI, but when i click on the app it gives me a Simcity intro screen with a button to download the app. When I click the download button it swaps to IE and takes me to a page for the program, but it ends up returning a message "The connection has timed out." I have been trying to download it for a day now, when I ping the webpage I get no response. I have gone to the app in the Store to try and resolve it with the publisher but there are no links to contact them. What can I do now? Any help is appreciated thanks.

2015-03-04T07:53:11+00:00 Hi, it let me purchase the app, but it will not download from the link it presents me with. Yes, I was able to purchase and download another app with no problem.
The app/program I purchased but can not download is SIMCITY Latest.
When I click on the app icon to play, it takes me to a SIMCITY type start page with a button to download but when I click the download link it opens a browser window with this in URL -
188.138.17.41/Oceanofgames.com/Sim_City.zip
then it ends up with Problem loading page - the connection timed out. (Like the page/software is not there anymore.
So have I wasted my money on an app that doesn't work anymore?
Thanks for your time and assistance.
