Logging - found more columns than expected column count 5

Question

In a Copy activity logging is written to storage. The log looks like this.

Complete row is here:

2021-02-11 13:33:49.3336341,Warning,TabularRowSkip,"1001,67.53,""Bala"",,,","XYZ operation failed with error code: -2147220891, error message: Col2 and Col5 must not be present."

When trying to copy this info into a table I get
