Thanks for your help. I’ve checked computer with Microsoft Safety Scanner, no one virus wasn’t found.  After scanning with SFC tool I found corrupted files, that can’t be repaired:

    1. utc.app.json
    2. telemetry.ASM-WindowsDefault.json
    3. Amd64\CNBJ2530.DPB

But I can’t repair it as you recommend, because I don’t have any good copy of the system file from another computer that is running the same version of Windows. How and where I can get a good files?

I’ve checked as recommended with sfc and received message “Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them”. But I can’t replace corrupted files manually, because I don’t have a known good copy of the files.

I updated windows 8.1 to windows 10, but I have still this error.
