BugcheckCode 80 BSOD

-Hello,

I am having problems with random BSODs which seem to happen whenever I use YouTube or Vimeo.

At first I thought the problem resided with Adobe Flash, and I uninstalled it, but that's not the case.

Can anyone help me with this? I have below the Event ID from the latest BSOD. Hopefully someone from Microsoft can enlighten me on what the BugcheckCode and parameters actually mean - or how I can "translate" them into something I can understand.

I have a feeling this is about a driver or something.

Thank you!

<Data Name="BugcheckParameter4">0x5</Data>

<Data Name="SleepInProgress">false</Data>

<Data Name="PowerButtonTimestamp">0</Data>

</EventData>

</Event>

I also had a different one that looked like this:

<Data Name="BugcheckCode">80</Data>

<Data Name="BugcheckParameter1">0xffffffff8186eed4</Data>

<Data Name="BugcheckParameter2">0x0</Data>

<Data Name="BugcheckParameter3">0xfffff800030a8708</Data>

<Data Name="BugcheckParameter4">0x5</Data>

<Data Name="SleepInProgress">false</Data>

<Data Name="PowerButtonTimestamp">0</Data>

And another one like this:

<Data Name="BugcheckCode">80</Data>

<Data Name="BugcheckParameter1">0xffffffff82ef6f64</Data>

<Data Name="BugcheckParameter2">0x0</Data>

<Data Name="BugcheckParameter3">0xfffff80003098708</Data>

<Data Name="BugcheckParameter4">0x5</Data>

<Data Name="SleepInProgress">false</Data>

<Data Name="PowerButtonTimestamp">0</Data>

Notice that only the first parameter is different in each instance. I don't know what that means.

    Hello,

    I have never heard of it, nor do I remember installing it. I can't find it in Programs and Features in Control Panel either.

    Thanks for your feedback, I will try to surf the internet trying to find out if it comes installed with some other software.

    Have a nice day!

    These were literally all related to DGMaster from company Verdasys, Inc. belonging to product Digital Guardian.  I would remove it

    We do need the actual log files (called a DMP files) as they contain the only record of the sequence of events leading up to the crash, what drivers were loaded, and what was responsible.

    Please follow our instructions for finding and uploading the files we need to help you fix your computer. They can be found here

    If you have any questions about the procedure please ask
