Windows Store Server Timeout?

Greetings Microsoft Community.

A couple of the last times I have tried to connect to the Windows Store I receive an error:

"We weren't able to connect to the Store. This might have happened because of a server problem or the network connection timed out. Please wait a few minutes and try again. (0x80080005)"

The store was working fine a couple of days ago, and I can't figure what I could have done to make this error pop up every time I open the store (with a Wi-Fi internet connection active of course). I have tried on three different Wi-Fi networks... all of which gave me access to the store a couple of days ago... I have looked at other topics posted on the community concerning this question and have followed the answered steps to various troubleshooting and resetting, rebooting, and cache clearing methods (WSReset.exe). I usually use a Wi-Fi connection. At the beginning of the error, I could initially 'connect' to the store and view apps, but when I selected 'Install' the little dots would slide across the screen as it tried to access the server and grab the data needed for the download, but it would eventually show a timeout error. I tried this on two different apps in the Store and I received the same result with both.

The next day, after shutting down the computer the previous day, I switched on the computer (I usually use my computer with it plugged in, if that helps) and tried to access the Store again. This time it just timed out without letting me even access the Store's home. Is this a server error that has been happening recently?

Thank you in advance.

If there is any more information I can provide to help solve the problem please let me know.

Kyran

Okay, then manually try to re-register Windows Store plus other apps at once using steps mentioned here:

    Good luck again :)

Okay, good news! It must have been a temporary server error because it is now working again!

Thank you for your time Kapil.

EDIT: I may have a different problem now... apps on the Windows Store download screen only say "Pending" and aren't downloading... help?

Thank you for the reply. I have tried such, and if I recall correctly it kept trying to troubleshoot for a while stuck on the Re-Register Windows Store part. I am trying again and will get back to you if there is any progress.
