Magnifier is missing

Question

When I search magnifier in the start menu, it appears in the menu but when opened up (in any manner) the error message

"C:\Windows\system32\magnify.exe

A refferal was returned from the server."

comes up, I go to this location in Windows Explorer and Magnify.exe is missing. is there any way for me to re-download it or is there another fix?

It didn't work, the cryptographic services was already on automatic, thanks for trying though.
