Tecsetup.exe 64 bit win7 error...?

I have downloaded a game from internet it extracted files in dos etc. the problem is that the game folder has a file tecsetup.exe which is suppose to extract some game files but it giving me error as my win7 is 64 bit and I think it is uncompatible with my windows i have tried all compatibility settings but none worked.Any Suggestions.

    If the only problem is that the setup program is 16bit and you have access to a 32bit machine, you can use the technique described in the following article

    hi, i have installed 32 bit setup in 64 operating system in windows 8.1.but there is compatible error.can u help me please???
