- When you say troubleshoot repair, what are you referring to?
- Have you installed any third party security software?
I suggest you to try the steps below and check if it helps.
Restart the computer and check.
Also try in Clean Boot.
This helps eliminate software conflicts that occur when you install a program or an update or when you run a program in Windows. It starts Windows by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs.

Also, try to run the Windows Update Reset Components manually and check if it helps.
Open Command Prompt and run the commands in the link below.
(Type cmd in Search or Press Windows Logo Key+X. Click on Command Prompt admin).
