Realtek boot problem

Some days ago when I turn on my computer I saw Intel boot window there is 2 option BIOS Setting F2 BOOT Menu F10 I pressed F10 then I came to another window there is three option in first there is Realtek I selected it and pressed Enter since then when I turn on my computer after Intel boot window I see these text

Thank you for posting your query on Microsoft Community.

As per description, it seems that some settings got changed under BIOS.

In order to change the settings in BIOS. I would suggest you to visit the motherboard manufacturer's website or download the manual and check if you can find any information on that.

If that doesn't help, then you will have to contact your Computer Manufacturer.
