i wanted to download some movies from amazon to my win 10 PC and fund out amazon no longer supports downloading to windows machines, only macs and android. I called amazon to ask why and the rep said customers experience too many problems playing the downloads. Then I thought about renting from windows "movies and TV" app since same movies are available but I cant even watch a trailer. Keep getting that stupid unsupported error. How can windows 10 not support their own file type. Between this and un-explainable crashes of windows store apps I think my next machine may be a Mac.
