PROCESS1_INITIALIZATION_FAILED on Windows 7

A blue screen (BSOD) is shown during Windows 7 startup. I already deleted bootcat.cache file but the problem persists whenever i reboot the system. Looking for an work around, i've found that replacing bootcat.cache file from another pc would fix the problem.

Later, when i turn the computer on, the same BSOD appears, indicting there may be hardware compatibility issues or corrupted system files.

Any help?

We do need the actual log files (called a DMP files) as they contain the only record of the sequence of events leading up to the crash, what drivers were loaded, and what was responsible.

Please follow our instructions for finding and uploading the files we need to help you fix your computer. They can be found here
