Windows Server 2012 R2 cannot start after sysprep

Hi!

I wanted to create a full image of my OS (Windows Server 2012 R2) with apps installed and configuration done, so I ran sysprep to prepare my system for creating image. But I selected a reboot option instead of shutdown option and now my system cannot start. Basically it stuck on localization screen (with setting for keyboard and so on), when I click "Next" nothing happens, all I can see is "Applying these setting" but looks like it won't apply ever.

What can I do to fix it, without reinstalling system?

P.S. I don't have backup :( I know, it's really stupid and could be my fatal error, but now it is a good lesson for me...

Thanks in advance!
