Unable to install Java; there are errors in the following switches

I have easily installed forge on two of my other PCs with no problem but I just got a new computer and its not working.

normally you download and install Java (which I did) then you install forge which I did. then you open forge with Java se binary platform. I got to this part and hit 'accept' and whatnot but then I get a message saying unable to install forge

underneath it it says : there are errors in the following switches

above is the exact alert i get everytime, i dont understand how to fix it. please help.

    It may be that java.exe is an installation file. What happens if you try running java.exe from a command prompt?
