Error reading configuration file. Stopped.

Hi all,

I'm trying to run the CD-rom to install a brand new Buffalo's DVD/Bluelay/RW disc player to my Surface3.

After I connected the USB cable of the player to Surface, the player's icon showed in C drive and indicated to double click on it to install. However, once I double clicked on it, it gave me the error message in the title and didn't continue.

I rebooted several times to attempt but kept getting the same message.

Do you know the solution?

Thank you,
