Cant use windows update and system backup or restore. Keeps getting message saying that the windows I have is not genuine. I tried everything on this website and it still doesnt work. Can someone help me please?

    It is a Diagnostics tool not a Fixit!

    Run the Tool and when it completes click the Copy button, open a text file like Word or Notepad and select Edit, Paste. You can paste directly into a reply here. Open a reply, right click and select Paste.
