Error 1920 When installing Solidworks PDM Server 2015 on windows server 2008r2

I am currently installing solidworks 2015 pdm server on a windows 2008 R2 server. The installer runs to about 95% then I receive an error.
Error 1920: The service failed to start, verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services.
When I click "ignore" it just rolls back and nothing is fixed. I am an admin on the server, I've exhausted all other options and am stuck.
HELP!!
