Question about monetizing/copyright

After being on support for an hour and getting redirected. A representative basically gave me a link and told me to ask here. I'm trying to monetize a video on YouTube. It's basically gameplay from a video game called "gears of war: ultimate edition." I already have a video that's monetized (has over 86k views) and it doesn't deal with gaming. The way the partnership and monetizing works is that if I have one approved I can monetize other videos as well. When it came to my gears videos, it doesn't give me the option to monetize them. I was just wondering if Microsoft allows people to monetize a video which contains gameplay from one of their games? I've looked everywhere for this answer. And I hope I came to the right place. The reason I'm also asking this is to rule out copyright issues with Microsoft.
