windows server 2012 File server speed slow

Dear All,

i am using Windows server 2012 as file server only with 64GB of RAM and 16 cores intel Xeon and shared file size is only 800GB. problem is that after some hour file transfer rate from client to server got slow down as below.

data copying from client to server transfer rate is ok as (60 MB/s)

data copying from server to client transfer is low as (200 Kb/s)

whenever i restarted the file server it worked super fast but after some hour i am getting that issue with transfer rate.

can anyone help me out in this regard.
