Hi Sahil,
I try the 3 methods without success.
In the second method l had quite a few failures:
Step 3: qmgr0.dat and qmg1.dat were used by another process and could not be deleted.
step 6: the following regsvr32.exe mshtml.dll, shdocvw.dll, brownsei.dll, msxml.dll, sccbase.dll, slbcsp.dll, wuaueng1.dll, wucltui.dll, wuweb.dll, qmgr.dll, muweb.dll gave an error message. I have picture of the error message if you need them.
step 11: I wave the latest Windows update agent.
