I need to set Startup policy processing wait time in order for some mapped drives to work properly, but I don't seem to have this option. It's supposed to be in "Computer Configuration" -> "Administrative Templates" -> "System" -> "Group Policy" but it's not. Any suggestions?

Same Problem here. Running Win2k12 r2. Is this an older Policy Definition that I need to download? I downloaded and looked at Win7 2008r2 and Win8.1 2012 r2 and didn't find anything.

Is gptext.dll de-registered on your machine? This could provide an explanation for the problem you are experiencing. gptext.dll is quoted (cite: Some Group Policy is missing from the Group Policy Editor) as the provider of Admin Policy functionality. The resolution would be to re-register gptext.dll. This is my suggestion.
