Can you please help me how to save my data when moving

    Could you please provide more information about this "data" that you want to save when moving?

    1. Generally, if you have saved related Office files, such as Word documents, Excel workbooks, the data would not be lost when upgrading Office.
    2. If you mean custom settings for Office apps, please refer to my answer on this thread "How to Sync Custom Settings I have set up in Office 365 products (Outlook, Word and other Office products)"
