Network Level Authentication Writing an Exception

I am currently having an issue with our environment which has inconsistencies with NLA being enabled or disabled.

I would like to have NLA enabled on all servers. However, I would like to have an Exception in place for a certain server to bypass this NLA this server will act as a jump host. Is there a way to disable NLA for only certain connections?

Thank you,.
