Mouse Dongle missing.

Hello Community;

I have a Microsoft Explorer Mini Mouse Model:1363 and my Bluetooth USB is broken. I just called Microsoft Turkey ( yes i'm livin' in Turkey ) yesterday and they told me they can't help me and i've got to throw away my mouse in trash. After that i googled it and found someone in States have the same problem that i have. He said he just called Microsoft US and they sent him a new one asap. Is that possible for me too in Turkey or am i gonna be a 3rd world citizen again ?

( Can't find the topic in the Menu so i just picked Mobile Devices sorry :) )
