Keep Getting Error CODE 800B0101

I have tried and Tried to Update to the windows service pack, S1 

windows 7 , but this has not worked i have tried several things to get this update but i am having no luck and want to upgrade to windows 10.

PLEASE HELP!

    Hi i have tried all the above and i cant find CheckSUR.log in my system anywhere!
