how to set sql server date time format

dear sir,

i have used windows 7 ultimate os.

i have work on siemens wincc explorer scada software.

there i develop the report work based on sql server.

but problem is when i set my system the date format in ddmmyyyy, then my data was not stored in sql server.

but when  

i set my system the date format in yyyymmdd, then my data was stored in sql server.

so how i change the sql server date format.

i attach screen shot (there one red box ,so this date format i required ddmmyyyy)

plz give solution.
