PPPoE ethernet error 720 need working solution!

Hello. I am frustrated by repeating error 720 in my Windows 8.1 network connections. It appears almost every time I need to reestablish connection.

I am connecting to Internet Provider through PPPoE connection. It is not causing an error by itself, only Windows 8.1 does. The connection is lost at least once per 24 hours so even if I'm online and the network works flawless then I am still getting the error almost once per day.

As the error appear It wont disappear by itself, but I easilly can repair it doing a reboot. I do NOT want a reboot. I NEVER reboot unless it is very very very reasoned.

Without reboot I can not do anything to solve that error. Niether resetting tcpip ipv4/ipv6 works, nor resetting winsock or any other advices I have found on the web.

Please tell me what to do to solve that error without reboot, or better to solve it completelely forever (the only option for that I see at the moment is to use GNU/Linux though where I have 100% no errors I cant fix without reboot)

I have used to reboot only once per month or so in the past, so the necessity to reboot once per day makes me sick.

There is no solution to the problem yet the problem is actual.

    I demand support.

    1. Is is an ultrabook made by ASUS model n550jv and its network card has no hardware issues.
    2. I am facing this issue since I have to use PPPoE connection. It has never worked stable under Windows operating system

Though, I tested it OK under GNU/Linux

    1. Of course because the very first PPPoE connection works well. If I disconnect it manually then It has about 50% chance it will connect again without reboot. But if the session is lost then it certainly would not connect again. My provider cuts the session at least once per 24 hours and I have no way to control or measure that time.
