Microsoft.CSharp.Runtime.RuntimeBinderException

Question

Hi,

I am using VS 2013(Version 4.35.50938), and i am getting "Microsoft.CSharp.Runtime.RuntimeBinderException" error, while using ViewBag.  Please see the attached screenshot. 

Among all the team members in my team, only I am getting this error in my application. So to test this, I created a completely new MVC application and even in that I am facing this issue.
