Some of the keys on the keyboard of my Lenovo laptop have become unresponsive. By this i mean that i could press the keys 100 times and nothing would happen. The keys that dont work are qwer and i short time after i discoverd these wouldnt work the keys uiop stopped working. i cleaned the keyboard as was advised, and restored my laptop to its factory setting, this didnt improve things.
Theses keys worked fine yesturday, they appear to have stopped working literary overnight.
My laptop is vital to my studies and having to use the on screen keyboard is fustrating, and seems to be slowing me down all the time.
Any suggestions would be greatfully appreciated.
PS. Please keep in mind that i am not a very technical person, so would appreciate any instructions in as clear and simplist form as possible.
Thanks
