Automatic Repair loop and saving files?

Question

Hi,

My sony laptop is stuck in the automatic repair and looking for ways to fix it without Windows CD. I recently updated to windows 10 and crashed. Before windows 10, the characters of words were in funny shapes and illustrator stopped working. I have tried resetting and the computer just shuts itself down.

Also, is there a way to transfer the data/files to my other computer using hard drive connector? 

Please help me!

Hi,

Saving your files:

You can pull the Hard Drive and put it in a USB Hard Drive Enclosure > plug it into another Computer > and attempt to read and copy over your Data that way.

To reinstall:

You can contact the Laptop Manufacturer and order Recovery Media from them for a small cost.

You can download and create your own Windows 8.1 Installation Media to reinstall the Operating System with..

With Windows 8/8.1 The Product Key on preinstalled Operating Systems (HP, Acer, etc) is embedded in the BIOS in the Motherboard, so that the lost and/or worn C.O.A. Sticker problem is no more.

When you reinstall it will pick up the Product Key and activate the system automatically.
