.NET Runtime crash

Hi

I have .NET process with multiple threads - working with SQL server.

I have .NET 4.5.1 installed on Windows Server 2008 DataCenter. recently my process crashed with the error:

Application: XXX

Framework Version: v4.0.30319

Description: The process was terminated due to an internal error in the .NET Runtime at IP 000007FEF9256D40 (000007FEF90A0000) with exit code 80131506.

after googling i found that there was hotfix related to a bug ralated to the GC but it was old and i have 4.5.1 which include the fix

It only happens to me once but still 

what can be the cause
