Hi, why is my desktop appearing this configuration setting icon? How to remove or hide it or throw it without affecting system?

    Everyone has it, in fact it is hidden.

    You have accidentally shown System Files.

    Click on view tab after opening this PC>Folder and search options>View Tab>Check the option"Hide protected operating system Files"

    Alternatively hidden items if you do not want to show is a bit simpler,

    Click on view tab and check "Hidden Items"
