Hi,

Thanks for posting your query to Microsoft forum. I will certainly help you with this.

This issue could happen if you don’t have the required add-in of the website on Internet Explorer or corruption in the Internet Explorer.

Let's try to fix Internet explorer as the other browser and devices working fine.

Method 1: Internet explorer performance troubleshooter.

Run the Internet explorer performance troubleshooter and check if it helps.

  1. Click on Start.
  2. Go to Control Panel.
  3. Change the category view by large icon.
  4. Select Troubleshooting.
  5. Click on view all and select Internet explorer performance.
  6. Click next and follow the on-screen instructions.

This issue may occur due to any settings in Internet Explorer or Internet Explorer is not detecting the another browser installed on your system. Let’s follow some methods below and check.

Method 2: Turn off add-ons

Add-ons are apps that browsers use to interact with web content like videos and games. Incompatible or out-of-date add-ons might cause Internet Explorer to run slowly, crash, or prevent sites from displaying correctly. Before you turn off all add-ons, try starting Internet Explorer without add-ons to see if the problem goes away.

  1. Click the Windows button on the keyboard, and enter Internet Explorer in the search box.
  2. Click Internet Explorer (No Add-ons) in the list of results.

If this seems to fix the problem, you might want to turn off all add-ons, and then turn them back on only as you need them. Learn how to turn add-ons off by reading Manage add-ons in Internet Explorer in the link:

Manage add-ons in Internet Explorer

If the issue persists, follow method 3.

Method 3: Reset Internet Explorer

Change or reset Internet Explorer settings

Note*: The Reset Internet Explorer Settings feature might reset security settings or privacy settings that you added to the list of Trusted Sites. The Reset Internet Explorer Settings feature might also reset parental control settings. We recommend that you note these sites before you use the Reset Internet Explorer Settings feature. Resetting Internet Explorer isn't reversible, and all previous settings are lost after reset.*

If this seems to fix the problem, you might want to turn off all add-ons, and then turn them back on only as you need them. Learn how to turn add-ons off by reading.

Method 4: Check In-Private mode of internet Explorer.

  1. Open Internet Explorer
  2. Press Alt key on the keyboard
  3. Click on Tools
  4. Click on InPrivate Browsing.

Hope this information is helpful. If the issue still persists, please post back for further assistance, we'll be glad to assist you.
