I want to remove this app that a Windows upgrade installed on my computer. Not paying to extract files when I did it free before Windows put this stupid app on my computer that I can't uninstall.

    Hi,

    As per the description, I understand that you are facing some issues using Windows.

    This might have occurred due to some third party application conflicts.

    I would like to know some information.

    1. What happens when you try to uninstall?
    2. Do you get any error code or error message?

    Try the methods.

    Method 1:

    I suggest you to try to boot the computer in safe mode and check if you are able to uninstall, Please refer to the below Microsoft article and check if it helps.

    Method 2:

    I would suggest you to perform a SFC Scan and check if it helps.

    Note: While performing SFC Scan I would recommend you to make sure that there are no applications or programs running on the back ground.
