You have been scammed and are at risk already. Any financial items on your PC? Credit card payments/billing? If yes, cancel those cards NOW!. Bank online? Have a debit card? Call your bank ASAP. Start changing all your passwords as well.

There is no removal guide for TROJANDOWN/LOADERWIN32/FILCOUT.A, but removing the other might remove this as well. If not, start running these tools.

You might not need all of these, but start at the top and reboot after each one.

Remove it with these tools. Check for updates first and then scan with each one at a time until your machine is clean.
